As a founder and growth-stage operator, Jay has repeatedly pioneered new categories — including FinOps, cloud management, and autonomic systems — in regulated, high-stakes environments where reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency are critical.

Currently SVP of Cloud & FinOps at Flexera, Jay previously served as EVP at Snow Software following its acquisition of Embotics, the cloud management platform he founded and led from inception to global market leadership. Under his leadership, Embotics was recognized by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others for excellence in hybrid cloud automation, orchestration, and cost control — core competencies that align directly with AgentAstro’s mission to streamline and modernize the medical device regulatory process.
